Refund policy
Returns/Exchange/Refund: Anything that is customized or altered from the standard original designed product is ineligible for a return/exchange, refund only with photo proof of damaged products within 2 days of delivery date.
Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and be shipped inside the U.S. Unfortunately, International orders (including Canada) are ineligible for a return/exchange (refund only for damaged merchandise ONLY, must provide photo proof for refund within 2 days of delivery date).
Please know, refunds will not be issued for tiny sewing imperfections.All the products in the store are handmade and you should expect tiny imperfections as mostly all handmade items have.
Returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions.
Upon arrival of return/exchange, the customer will be responsible for any loss of value in the sweater, up to the total cost of the sweater. Returns/Exchanges will be accepted ONLY within 10 days of the original ship date. All returns are for store credit only. Exchanges are for the same item at the same price in a different size only. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, $8.99 is the cost. You will be emailed a label once you have completed the return process.
- Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return/refund/exchange to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete/shipped.
